Job Description

We are looking for Temporary Administrators/Customer Service staff to work in the Facilitated Return Scheme Admin Team.
The FRS admin team carry out a series of initial checks at the point of case referral to ensure that they are deemed to be removable and make decisions on FRS applications.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Creating an FRS case for every application, assess each case and make a decision in line with the current FRS eligibility criteria.

Send the appropriate provisional acceptance or a rejection letter within 48 hours of receipt.

Sending out and/or requesting all relevant documents on the day the case is processed.

Identifying and referring relevant cases within 48 hours of receipt.

Monitor all cases daily, chasing Prisons and other departments for outstanding documents and actions where necessary.

Prepare cases for allocation to case owners and pass to the team manager.

Cover the fax inbox and telephone hotline at least one-half day shift per week and promote FRS by assisting with the monthly mailshots.

This role requires a CTC clearance so there will be a lead in time before you start. We will process the clearance for successful candidates.

This is a 6-month temporary role with the opportunity to extend.

£13.27 per hour based in Croydon
