Job Description

Brook Street is delighted to offer this Temporary leading to Permanent role in Berkhamstead, this local Charity are based in beautiful grounds however you do need to drive to get there. Working as part of the Donor Care Team and you'll be responsible for processing and acknowledging donations received, answering supporter queries and providing additional support to the Fundraising & Finance team as needed.

The main tasks will include creating & maintaining supporter records on the company system, entering the supporter income and acknowledging donations.

Answering queries from supporters via email and phone. Logging cheques which come in and batching them in preparation for processing.

Key skills that are needed are accurate typing, attention to detail, PC literate, excellent customer service skills, able to work with a minimum of supervision, self motivated and have a strong appreciation for the confidentiality required by the role.

Please be aware that you will have a DBS check run before a permanent offer can be made, once permanent the salary will be £18,135 pa.
