Customer Service / Admin Role
Temporary for 3 weeks
Full time Monday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:00 & Friday: 8:30 -16:30.
Preston Area

Brook Street is currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join my client on a temporary basis within the Preston Area.

The role is a mixture between Customer Service / Admin, the ideal candidate would primarily be answering phone calls so would need to be very confident on the telephone speaking to customers and contractors.

You will be carrying out the following duties:

" Answering incoming calls from customers to book in work / maintenance (must be confident speaking to new people and have a good telephone manner)
" General ad hoc administrative duties supporting the team
" Making outgoing calls to book in appointments for engineers to attend individuals homes
" Updating schedules once the work has been booked
