Administrator / Customer Service Officer

Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced administrator/customer service professional to work on a part time temporary basis for 12 weeks starting ASAP.

Main Duties:
Front Line face to face customer Service.
Answering the phone
Dealing with customer queries.
Responding to emails
General ad hoc administration.
Processing cash payments

The ideal candidate will need to be able to multi task, prioritise work load, have great attention to detail, be able able to demonstrate great customer service skills and be willing to deal with potential conflict in conversation if it arises.

Pay rate is £9ph paid weekly. Working days are Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:45 - 17:15 and Fridays 8:45 - 16:45.
