Job Description
Records Assistant
Hourly Rate: £11:30 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role is working from the Offices; The offices are Covid controlled.
As a Records Assistant you will be processing a high volume of safety related, railway infrastructure records according to well-established procedures.
Examples of work performed, will include but not restricted to:
- Good Communication Skills, both Oral and Written
- Good Attention to Detail
- Good Team Work
- Ability to work to targets and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Data Entry (Processing documentation)
Skills:

- Strong Work Ethic
- Customer Service
Experience within SharePoint is preferable.
Experience within Records management or working within Railway preferable
There will be a competency-based interview via Microsoft Teams for this role.
