Job Description

Role - Temp Office Support/Administrator
Start Date - 01/10/19
Hours - 8am till 4pm or 9am till 5pm.
End Date - End of December

I have a client based in High Brooms looking for a candidate to support in HR. This role will be to provide admin support to the team. The right candidate will have office experience so they can hit the ground running and MS office package experience is essential.

Duties will include
-Creating new starter booklets (copying)
-Support with IT administration (form filling)
-Letter writing as-needed (according to templates)
-Email writing (according to templates in most cases)
-Correlation of all first day information, ensuring all letters are created and documents are arranged for the induction
-First day picture, creation of ID cards and announcing joiners on Slack
-Ad hoc admin projects in the people and office team
