Job Description

Administrator

£12.74 per hour, Monday - Friday, Full time hours, based in LS11. Working from home currently, due to current restrictions.

As a member of the Yorkshire Flood Resilience Team your primary focus will be supporting the delivery of our flood incident management service.

Day to Day duties, will be subject, but not limited to;

  • Diary Management
  • General Administration Duties
  • Customer Service
  • PA Duties
  • Management of Inboxes, Calendars, Action/Notes Taking
  • Data Entry
  • Telephone Duties

Skills for this role;

  • A passion for making a different
  • Orgnaisation & Attention to Detail
  • Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT and data skills; experience of GIS software would be beneficial.


A full driving licence is desirable for this position.
