This leading Knutsford based energy consultancy is looking for a Reception / Administrator to join their friendly team.

Main Tasks of Job:
3.Arrange invoice re-bills
4.Acquire site supporting information/documentation
5.Maintain, update, create reports
6.Cover reception duties
Previous experience working in a customer service role with administration tasks would be beneficial
You should be smartly presented with excellent communication skills. Good IT Skills are essential particularly Excel- You will use on a daily basis
Salary is £17,000 - £18,500 lovely working environment, free parking.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm daily with an early finish of 4:30pm on Friday.
