Job title: Administrator / Receptionist
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday- Friday
Location: Stourbridge

My client, a busy, well known and thriving surveyors that offer bespoke and professional services across the UK, are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Receptionist to man their busy front desk. The company has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Administrator/ Receptionist responsibilities:

" Running a busy reception desk single-handedly
" Managing and directing incoming calls
" Managing inboxes, emails and enquiries
" Stationery and administration orders for the business
" Delivering exceptional service and being the first impressions of business

Administrator / Receptionist desired skills and experience:

" Must have a strong admin / reception background
" Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
" Experience in data entry and handling enquiries
" Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
The Administrator / Receptionist position offers a competitive basic salary circa £20K pending experience and additional company benefits.
