Job Description


I am looking to recruit a Administrator/Receptionist for a company based in Stratford upon Avon.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and there is parking on site.

As the Administrator/receptionist you will be the main point of contact for all visitors and telephone calls.

You will also support with HR administration, payroll and other departments to co-ordinate business requirements.

For this role you will have the following -

Good administration skills
Experience of reception
Some knowledge of HR admin and payroll is highly desirable however training in these areas will be offered
Excellent telephone manner
Intermediate computer skills on Word and Excel

Please note that due to the location of the company you do need to be able to drive with access to your own car.
