Administrator/ SAP Specialist - Job Description - 8 months contract - potential to go perm
Administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office including:
o responding to incoming email and telephone enquires
o processing orders in SAP
o issuing credits
o keeping accurate records of orders and liaising with corporate office in the US
o handing mail, sending out information packs
o supporting the sales representatives, inputting sample orders
o assisting with the organisation & administration of seminars, conferences and trade shows (occasional attendance may be required)
o using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and SAP
o managing filing systems
o organising the office and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
o maintaining the condition of the office, keeping the office tidy
The following skills are required
o Experience of processing orders in SAP (or similar package)
o Excellent IT skills, experience of using word and excel
o Troubleshooting basic IT problems e.g. printer issues, wifi problems etc.
o Fast and accurate data entry skills - 60-70% of this role is order processing
o Must have a steady track record or previous employment
o Must be efficient and organised
o The prospective candidate should be capable of working on their own
o Good communication skills, dealing with UK sales team, corporate office in US and UK/ROI customers.
