Job Description

My Client is a London based company that works in partnership with an extensive network of international brands & partners for the distribution of quality, branded timepieces & jewellery into the UK & larger European market. Our brands include LRL, DKNY and Anne Klein.

They work with over 30 retailers across UK and Europe, including Zalando, Ernest Jones, Next, Answear, Beaverbrooks and many more.

The Role- Responsibilities
" Sample Management & Organisation: strong organisational skills which ensure that samples are kept neatly organised in the cupboards by brand and intake.
" Retailer Sample Management: Zalando & Argos require samples to be delivered to their offices. Admin to keep to these deadlines and arrange the delivery of the samples to the correct teams.
" Bible Management: Responsibility for updating the Bible with the latest collections per season.
" Product Descriptions: Writing out the product descriptions for each style every season in preparation for submitting to retailer accounts.
" Market Week Presentation Decks: Uploading the current assortments into the presentations for market weeks.
" Argos Management: Responsibility for ensuring that all of the forms are completed for Argos by the deadlines.
" Watch Repair Management: Overseeing the watch repairs and managing the invoices.
" Composition Form Management: Completing and uploading all composition forms to retailers each season.
" Asset Management: Submitting the assets to the retailers each season and ensuring that these are saved by retailers style numbers.
" Website Checks & Promotional Tracking: Weekly checks of the retailers websites including monitoring any promotional activity on the website.
" Info email management: responding to all emails and managing the correspondence.

Required Skills/Experience
" Must have interpersonal skills, technical abilities and phone skills.
" Strong communication skills including phone, excellent listening and writing skills
" Proficient with email, voicemail, MS Office, Excel
" CRM and Systems experience is a bonus
" Drive and ambition to grow within the business
" Spanish Speaking would be preferred
