Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Executive Administrator to work within the Court Service. You will be looking after 9 staff member across 2 sites in Basildon and Chelmsford. The position is working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.

This is a temporary position which is expecting to run until September but this could be extended.

Duities will be varied but you will be leading a team of 9 so previous managerial/team leader experience is required. You will be working to targets, producing reports, reporting results and helping with general managerial responsibilities. Other general administration duties will also be required such as answer calls, queries, filling and sending emails.

The successful candidate will work well in a team, have good communication skills, be able to work to set targets and be motivational. As you will be working within a government booking you will be required to go through a compliance process. This will involve undergoing a criminal check and visiting the Chelmsford Office to complete the vetting paperwork.

You will be required to work in between two courts one which is based in Chelmsford and the other which is located in Basildon. There is parking nearby at both courts.

For the first 12 weeks the pay rate will be £9.51p/h which is paid weekly and at week 13 this will increase to £11.46p/h.
