Job Description

I am recruiting for an Administrator Team Leader for a prestigious client who is one of the leading companies in the UK based in Sutton Coldfield and they are offering a salary of £23500.

THE COMPANY/TEAM
This is a professional and growing FTSE250 company; primarily they arrange prepaid funeral plans for customers who are predominantly over the age of 50. This is a chance to join very conscientious, sociable and friendly team with a clear career progression opportunity.

THE ROLE
As the Administration Team Leader you will be leading a team of 7 funeral plan application processors who are tasked at keying in/processing new applications from customers. You will take responsibility for the day to day running of the team which will include daily briefings, call monitoring, coaching, training and developing, conducting performance reviews and managing SLA's. You will be responsible for producing weekly reports using excel spreadsheets alongside software reports

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Daily allocation of jobs and responding to team queries
- Monitoring and allocating of Outlook Mailbox
- Prepare and hold Team Briefings
- Produce weekly stats reporting on applications received and actioned
- Produce monthly performance reports for team
- Achievement and reporting of Monthly ISO Compliance Quality Objectives
- Training and coaching team members and updating skills matrix
- Conduct Team Probation reviews, One to One appraisals, feedback and mentoring
- Conduct Call Evaluations for team
- Managing holiday requests and absence levels
- Forward planning for new/ updated processes
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Organise and assist in carrying out system testing to ensure live dates are met
- Support Administration Manager with ad hoc tasks/special projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience within an administration Team Leader/Supervisor position is essential
- Strong administration skills and experience
- A customer focussed individual
- Ability to motivate and inspire; a bright individual with a positive attitude
- Experience of training, coaching and developing team members
- Experienced in conducting performance reviews
- Committed to the provision of excellence customer service
- A confident written and verbal communicator
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and re-organise tasks as necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
- Excellent computer skills (confident on MS packages including outlook and excel)
- Accuracy in managing data and associated information and producing reports
- Approachable, enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
- Confident, sensitive and empathetic natured
- Able to provide 5 years worth of references (all gaps of unemployment need to be covered by somebody not related to you who can validate these gaps via a character reference)

- Monday to Friday 9.45-6pm working hours
