The Ministry of Justice - HMCTS - Collection & Enforcement - Process assistant
Location: Gildersome, Morley (this role is not working from home)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30(Full time 37 hours a week)
This is a long term on-going temporary position
We are looking for process assistants (administrators) to join our client HMCTS - Collection & Enforcement - Process assistant.
The role will entail basic administration duties of data entry and processing claims/fines of driving offences onto an internal police database. Working within a busy department you will need to adapt to a fast-paced environment. As well as data entry/admin duties you will be required to open/frank post and there may also be a little bit of phone work as you deal with service users enquiring about their claims.
Training will be provided for the role and the HMCTS have a good development team to ensure you excel within the role
Successful candidates will have:
Strong Admin background
Strong IT skills
Able to adapt to a fast working environment
Be able to work individually as well as part of a team
