Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator to join our client the Ministry of Justice on a temporary basis

Ideally the successful candidate will have a strong admin background, who is well organised and has strong communication skills so they can interact with various stakeholders

  • Location: Working from Home but may be required to attend the office in Leeds city centre
  • Contract length: until the end of March 2022 but will most likely be extended beyond this
  • Pay: £10.21 raising to £13.01 after 12 weeks
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 (37 hours)


The key purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the team

Key responsibilities & tasks in this role are the following:

  • Managing a busy inbox and dealing with any queries that come in
  • Asking colleagues about content that gets sent into the inbox that you may not understand so correct information is being supplied to staekholders
  • Drafting spreadsheets
  • Inputting data
  • Interacting with various stakeholders and dealing with issues they have
  • Maintaining positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders


Desirable experience/skills:

  • Well organised
  • Strong administration background
  • Good customer service skills
  • Confidence with dealing with stakeholders of varied levels
  • Able to work at a fast pace
