Job Description

Role : Administrator
Location: Working from home
Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm
Temporary position ( 2 months )
Salary : £8.91ph

Assist HR team with recruitment activities, including recording applications in the HR system and arranging interviews.
Undertake electronic filing and help rename/rationalise existing files.
Assist in updating HR data including HR database, salary benchmarking figures and regular reports.
Assist HR team with optimising use of HR database including addition of personnel files and increased use across business.
Support the HR Department by undertaking administrative work such as writing standard letters, and responding to common and easy queries.
HR Knowledge is not essential although it would be an advantage. Strong admin skills and the ability to use word, excel and outlook are key to this position.
