My Public Sector client is currently recruiting for 3 Administrator in Birmingham City Centre
Duties include; Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings. Producing court/tribunal documents. Casework for the department. General photocopying and filing. Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input. Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms and preparing meeting agenda, etc
Responsibilities include: You will be ensuring papers and materials are available and up to date. Assisting court users, supporting listing and rota management, checking files. Contacting relevant parties, scheduling, serving court documents and potentially handling face to face, written and telephone enquiries. Fully training is provided
This is a temporary on-going position and you will be required to work 37 hours per week over Monday - Friday.
For the first 12 weeks of the assignment, you will be paid the applicable NMW but this will then rise to £10.12ph on your 13th week of work.
The role is subject to clear referencing and a Standard DBS check.
