Job Description

Admissions Advisor

Location: Coventry

Hours- Monday - Friday 37 Hours per week

Salary- Paying up to £22500 - depending on experience

Working along side the Head of Admissions my client is looking for an advisor who will be dealing with ensuring all enquiries and applications are contacted within a specific time frame. Working closely with the admissions team, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding applicants through the 360-degree cycle of enrolment.

Main duties:
- Actively engage with applicants using a variety of communication skills, and ensuring all communication is documented.
- To achieve target conversion rated for leads received over a given period
- Assist with call coaching/training with the team, to help raise the standard of calls
- Develop an advance understanding of systems and tools
- Educate applicants about programmes, offering solutions based on individual needs.
- Have a thorough understanding of programmes available and establish as an expert in this
