LOOKING FOR ADULT SUPPORT WORKER L+D

The client has been supporting adults with learning disabilities to promote their self determination. The client has been an Independent Registered Charity successfully managing homes for people with learning disabilities for the last 24 years .

Salary £19,000
Location : Brighton
Hours of work - 40hrs and 32 hrs per week
DBS on the update service

The candidate we would like to hire will be able to assist the clients to learn life skills and in having their voices heard. Inspire them to try new things, to grow and develop to their full potential. Support both our residents and the staff team in promoting our core value of `achieving potential`. to make sure their voice is heard. Encourage and inspire them to try new things, to grow and develop to their full potential. Comprehension of the challenges that people with learning disabilities face,
