Our client located in Fulwood is seeking a Business Support Assistant (preferable with NHS experience although not essential) to work full-time Monday-Friday for 37.50 hours each week.
An opportunity has arisen within NHS England and NHS Improvement North West for an exceptional administrator to provide high level professional administrative support within the Corporate Office to include personal assistant support to senior managers. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
The Applicant should have significant and demonstrable experience in an administrative role, be highly motivated and flexible and have a track record of delivering high quality directorial support.
The responsibilities are varied and include managing diary commitments, scheduling meetings at various levels and producing minutes to a high standard, coordinating arrangements for meetings and events as well as preparing correspondence, reports and presentations. Applicants must have first rate organisational and interpersonal skills and be fluent in the use of Microsoft Office. Highly organised with a flexible approach to the working day to meet tight and varying deadlines, together with excellent communication skills, and a team player are paramount.
