Brook Street are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator to work with the NHS based in Taunton.
As a GMTS Scheme administrator, you will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver an effective service supporting managers and staff across the local region to support and deliver a consistent approach to the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme and to ensure delivery of key activities and priorities as part of the Scheme Regional offer. This includes:
o Assisting with the process to assess the quality of NHS Graduate Management Scheme trainees experience ensuring trainees are integrated into local networks, talent management systems and communities of practice with subsequent retention on completion of the scheme.
o Work with the GMTS Leadership Development Coordinator to manage the administration process to identify the best placements for NHS graduate trainees
o Maintain up to date records and assist with the process of accrediting and quality assuring placement organisations
o Working with the GMTS Leadership Development Coordinator to monitor and have good systems in place to improve quality of placements by acting on feedback from trainees and Programme Managers
o Be the first point of contact and ensure good liaison with programme managers, placement managers and the NHS Leadership Academy.
o Arranging and providing administration to support conferences and workshops to ensure successful delivery with exclusive to marketing, venue facilitator, delegate liaison, support on the day and post activity evaluation.
o Provide secretarial/ and or administration support and advice to the regional teams and/or Sector to support a number of initiatives by:
o Taking telephone calls, photocopying and sorting and prioritising mail and e-mail where required and managing the electronic diary for the team.
This is a temporary role, currently ongoing until 09/10/20, this is however subject to extension, it's a full time role, 37 hours a week paid at £9.28 rising to £11.20 after 12 weeks.
