Job Description

My city centre based NHS client is currently looking for someone to join their team as an administrator at a starting salary of £9.31 per hour, rising after completing 12 weeks employment

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following qualities and skills
- Prepare documents and reading materials for meetings. arranging meetings including booking of rooms and hospitality
-Minute taking
- updating filing systems, both electronic and paper
- dealing with any adhoc queries that come in via email and/or telephone
- planning and updating diaries
- ability to work alone, prioritise workload
- undertake mandatory training in relevant subjects such as data protection

This is a ongoing long term role based close to Piccadilly train station, with local amenities within the vicinity.

The successful candidate will be required to attend an interview at the Manchester offices
