My healthcare client is looking for a business support officer to join their team
This is a full time role working between 30-37.5 hours per week at a rate of £11.76 per hour
This is working from home, with some travel into Manchester city centre once a week/fortnight for meetings
Duties include but not restricted to
Provide specialist secretarial/administration support and advice to the teams and/or Sector to support a number of initiatives by:
o Taking telephone calls for others in the department when they are out and expected to use their initiative when dealing with phone calls and messages.
o Undertaking all administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing and sorting and prioritising mail and e-mail. Distributing as appropriate.
o Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail and e-mail, distributing as appropriate.
o Managing the electronic diary for the department, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate.
o Ensure all urgent and/or confidential communications are received and distributed from/to relevant parties in a timely manner.
