In partnership with a leading health and social care provider, who specialises in person centred care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, across multiple locations in the UK, I am recruiting an ALLOCATIONS COORDINATOR to be based out of one their Birmingham based, intensive supported living services.
You will work as part of the management team, promoting a positive team culture, being the first point of contact for staffing issues, rota management and full responsibility for the care and support planning.
You will be involved in:
" Scheduling, and ensuring all shifts are accurately input and confirmed
" Management of staff rotas
" Act a leader for support staff
" Lead on the management of sickness, absence and lateness management
" Staff induction and training
" Work closely with payroll
" Recruitment and selection of support staff
" Incident management
" Assist with audits and quality assurance
To be considered for this exceptional role, you will need the following Skills and Experience:
" NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
" Care experience in a professional capacity
" Strong computer literacy and experience of scheduling
