We are working with a prestigious client in the outer city suburb of Leeds to source an immediately available DBU analyst. This is for long term on going temp and temp to perm opportunities.

With good public transport links and free parking on site our client also offers flexible office hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This is a brilliant opportunity for savvy candidate with a strong work ethic looking for a foot in the door and to build upon their experience.

Within the role duties will include:
" Contract set ups
" First Line support creating and resetting logins for clients
" Managing and interpreting Data; Understanding trends and patterns
" Managing the inbox
" Customer Service (phone based)

We`re looking for natural problem solvers with an analytical eye for detail! You`ll need excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Previous experience with Customer Service and Excel is essential.
