My government client is currently looking for 3 customer service officers for their forward facing role.
This is a temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of being extended, located at their offices in Salford.
Greet customers and providing the necessary assistance
Completing checks required within the delegated timeframe
Plan and prepare you diary, managing appointments
This is at an hourly rate of £9.06 and will increase after 12 weeks should the role be extended.
Skills you posses -
Experience of using microsoft packages
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
