This is a new post in the resettlement, Asylum Support and Integration Directorate and will work with the current Safeguarding staff in the casework teams.
You will be working very closely with the Safeguarding team and report to the Team Leader.
The successful applicant should have the following attributes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written, including IT).
Be customer-focused; understand the needs of vulnerable customers.
Ability to work closely with others to achieve a shared goal.
Pay rate is £7.98 increasing to £10.60 after 12 weeks
