Appointment Administrator 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Day to day you will book appointments for the Financial planners and maintain relationships in order to create future appointments
Use Salesforce to look at existing clients who require follow up meetings booked
After an event, follow up with all attendees to receive feedback with the aim of securing a new appointment
Be aware of the financial planners diary to efficiently use their time
