Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00)
Salary: £22,000 per annum + Competitive Commission
We are looking for Appointment Setters to join one of our highly successful clients.
The Appointment Setter will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to
maximise the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
In addition, the Appointment Setter will convert outbound dialling leads into qualified appointments.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, energetic, and reliable with a hunger to
- Contact prospective clients in relation to ICT supported services and equipment supply.
- Making B2B outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
- Converting the calls to new business leads (setting appointments).
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Inform potential clients on the company's products and services.
- Identifying opportunities for new business.
- Inputting and maintaining information onto the company database.
- Dealing with general telephone queries.
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to the brand values.
- Ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept at all times.
- Outbound call experience
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Good organisational and management skills
