We are looking for an Apprentice office Administrator to join a busy estate agent to start immediately.
Duties include:
Answering calls
Booking appointments
General data entry
Filling/ scanning
Ordering supplies
Dealing with courier deliveries
Opening post
Supporting other teams
All other general admin duties

Good IT skills - especially email, Word and Excel
Good telephone / customer service skills
Ability to learn and multitask

Hard working; can work well in a team and on own initiative
