Salary: circa £27,000
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Tunbridge Wells

This company is willing to take the successful individual on a temporary or permanent basis.

This ambitious, forward thinking business offering building surveying, design, architectural and project management services to a wide range of commercial clients are looking for an Auto CAD Technician to join the team.

You will be supporting the Architects and Building Surveyors in providing detailed drawings, prepare planning and building regulation drawings, prepare construction/ detailed drawings, assist with initial site visits and liaise with the project management team throughout the construction process, undertake surveys.

You will be highly proficient in CAD, ideally have a knowledge of Sketchup, have a proven track record of technical packages, be IT literate, have a mathematical ability and be a professional individual.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, be results orientated and innovative and proactive.
