Role: Architectural Technologist
Location: Outskirts of Sevenoaks
Salary: £27-35,000 (without Project Lead Experience)
£35-40,000 with project lead experience.

My client in the outskirts of Sevenoaks are looking to recruit an mid to senior level Architectural Technologist. to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.

You will need to have experience in the Educational sector and preferable have project lead experience. However, this is not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential and public-sector projects and is someone who will possess strong technical abilities.
some areas that are desirable will be; Developing the Architectural Design, so collating and organising technical information.
Preparing detail design and production information and Contract Management. You will be using ArchiCAD and BIM level 2, some training will be provided for this.
