If yes, then I have a great opportunity for you to work as an Area Manager within a national charity supporting young adults up to the ages of 25 with physical and learning disabilities. You will be supporting people to live fulfilled lives by assisting them to be able to thrive in their day to day lives. You will find yourself working in an enthusiastic, committed team to support young adults in accessing opportunities within the community, including social and education opportunities.

You will be working with the community engagement to ensure that appropriate opportunities are available whilst managing the commercial portfolio. You will be tackling any barriers that may present themselves to disabled people whilst also ensuring that the delivery teams are well equipped to deliver the highest standards of care.

The salary for this role is £45,500 per annum

For this role you will need to be a Registered Nurse, either an RGN, RNLD or RMN whilst also having your NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. You will need to have had previous experience working at a Senior management level.
