An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Area Manager to oversee Supported Living services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Blackpool.
Working for an established organisation that provides high quality person centred support programmes for adults with complex needs.
As Area Manager your duties will include overseeing 10 Supported Living services and managing the Service Managers within each service. You will lead the effective and compliant delivery of quality service, be responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with CQC and Commissioning Authorities and identify and develop talented individuals through effective appraisals.
We are looking for a professional, passionate, motivated and resilient leader with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and have atleast 5 years experience of managing Supported Living services. A Full UK Driving License with access to own car is essential.
This is a full time position with a salary of £30,000 plus excellent benefit packages and opportunities.
