The role of Area manager has been created to build on the successful work of our client who has excelled in developing cost-effective supported living provision for people with the highest needs, including people leaving NHS assessment and treatment units. The ideal person will have experience working within services for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour needs, most often with people who have just been discharged from a secure service setting (ATU).
The post's will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, diversity, and value for money. The Area Manager will be expected to be meeting organisational and statutory requirements, including delivery of our compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) outcomes, with reference to guidelines and Clients Standards, Policies and Procedures.
" Base in South Croydon office but you will be required to travel to services regularly across South London.
" Monday to Friday & occasional weekends
" You will be expected to do on call one week a month and will be paid an additional £70. This is done via phone service not in person.
In return you will receive:
" £35,000 per Annum.
