BS Social Care are recruiting for a regional manager on behalf of one of the country`s leading providers of social care to service users who have complex needs.
As regional manager, you will oversee the service managers in the running of the residential for adults with some learning difficulties and complex needs. You will oversee the implementation of company`s policies and procedures in line with local authority and CQC guidelines. You will see that all safeguarding protocols are correctly implemented and reviewed to make the safest environment for your services users to thrive and achieve.
There is a large developmental part to this role in order to maximise and grow the organisation`s presence in the region. You will have experience of developing relationships with stakeholders.
