Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced or developing Area Manager within the Lancashire Area.

You will oversee a number of services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, covering both supported living and residential services.

You will support the Service Managers, with overall responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the services and ensure CQC compliance is maintained. You will also work closely with Registered Managers where services are non-compliant, ensuring an action plan is followed to bring the service up to the required standard.

You will be an experienced Care Manager within Learning Disability services, with multi-site or senior management experience. You will hold a Level 5 Care Management qualification or equivalent and will be a driver with your own vehicle.

This is a full-time role with an exciting salary of up to £42,000 in addition to excellent, training, progression and development.
