Regional Manager

(Burton on Trent, Bradford x 2 services)

£50,000 - £55,000+ benefits/incentives/bonus

This leading care provider of residential care to children & young people are recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to strengthen their senior management team within their established successful business.

Working across 3 services currently in the Burton on Trent and Bradford regions, we are looking for an individual who will pride themselves on driving their services to "outstanding" rating with OFSTED and maintain that high level of compliance at all times.

We are looking for expertise in safeguarding, long term placements, financial acumen and your ability to lead, motivate and direct your Registered Managers.

Essential Criteria

• Its essential that you are Level 5 qualified (children & young people) (If you are a Level 3, you must be willing to take your Level 5)
• You must have been a Registered Manager (OFSTED) in the past)
• Your management experience must include remote management experience 2no services +
