We are working with a leading UK domiciliary care provider in their search for an Area Manager for their services in the South West of the country. Specifically covering, Wiltshire, Dorset & Devon.

You will be joining a busy operations team who are all dedicated to ensuring that outstanding person-centred care is provided each and every time to home care clients using their branches/services.

We need your experience and ability to take responsibility for and to support busy managers in their delivery of implemented business plans, supporting them to ensure that not only does care provision meet company policy.CQC but driving best practice, reviewing regularly and supporting in area HR areas including performance management, retention and business change.development.

Its important that you:-

Have a care management qualification or are willing to work towards one

Have previous senior (area/regional/multi-site) management experience

are an expert in CQC regulations

have experience in managing large, diverse and remote teams

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to support, direct and oversee the operations teams covering the South West Area - specifically Wiltshire, Dorset and 1 in Devon.

We need your knowledge, passion and experience to not only lead teams in the West Country, but to inspire them in the provision of person-centred support within a home care setting.

You may already be, or have been a Registered Manager, and you will need to complete the registration process with the CQC.

Essential Requirements

  • A management qualification or willing to work towards it.
  • Previous senior management, regional/area experience
  • Strong background in CQC Regulations - particularly domiciliary/home care
  • Multi site management experience
