Do you have experience in a management role within Care and a desire to provide exceptional levels of service?

BS Social Care is a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently recruiting for an accomplished, professional, and person centred Area Manager to join an award-winning, and leading national provider of high quality home care.

You will join a reputable and well respected organisation that provide residential, domiciliary and supported living care packages for the elderly. You will oversee the management of seven services in Eastern Scotland, and effectively lead an established team to deliver care that promotes choice, independence and well being. Your role will be supported by the Operations Director, who has a long standing background and history within the Care sector.

As an Area Manager, you will efficiently manage the Service Managers, splitting your time between each location. You will liaise and communicate effectively with your team and delegate to ensure the smooth running of each service. Quality, compliance and providing a good service to the people you support will be your priority, and you will deliver this through ensuring their wishes remain at the centre of their care and support.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care, Registered Managers Award of previous experience managing
  • Strong understanding of CQC and care regulations
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this post
