Are you an Assistant Accountant in practice looking for a new role? Would you like to work for a long running and established accountants?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's main office in the North Liverpool area, you will have at least 2 years experience working within a similar environment and ideally be AAT qualified although any applicants qualified by experienced can be considered.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary ranging between £25,000-£28,000 per annum.

Working hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri with no weekends required.

Free on site car parking facilities and although public transport is accessible and local, it is preferred for the right candidate to drive.


Day to day responsibilities in this role include:

Completing year end accounts for a wide range of clients including: sole traders, limited companies and partners.

Completing all VAT returns as and when required.

Liaising with clients on a wide range of portals, specifically over the phone and via e-mail.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Some form of experience or basic knowledge of payroll and tax.

Experienced in liaising with clients previously.

At least 2 years experience within an accountancy practice.

AAT qualification or the equivalent of this and candidates QBE will also be considered.
