Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager
Full Time Position
Location: Hull City Centre
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Shift Patterns: To be discussed at interview

About:
Our client is one of Hull's oldest and most popular pubs located in the heart of the city centre. The venue is known for catering for a lively clientele with live music, karaoke, DJ's featuring regularly.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant/Bar Manager to work at the esteemed venue.


The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be responsible assisting in the efficient running of the bar and restaurant. The role will involve evenings and weekends, so a flexible approach is essential.
You will need to deliver a friendly and efficient service whilst creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Managerial experience is essential. Qualifications are not essential but beneficial, but we are more interested in you, your personality and your passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service.


Main Duties:
As an assistant restaurant/bar manager your duties will involve the following
* Provide excellent front of house service
* Ensure consistent, high quality food & beverages are served to the customers
* Maintain Health & Safety regulations are followed
* Cash handling & Till Operation
* Stock Control
