Job title: Assistant Branch Manager - Property Lettings
Hours: 40 Monday- Friday and Every Second Saturday
Location: Gloucester
My client is the Region`s leading residential letting and property management company and due to phenomenal success and continued growth they have a rare but exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team at their Gloucester branch, to assist in building the business through providing professional and top-quality services.

Assistant Branch Manager responsibilities:
" Arrange and attend property viewings, liaising with tenants and landlords regarding let's
" Add new properties to the system, negotiating with landlords when undertaking market appraisals
" Property administration and marketing including advertisements and photos
" Supporting the manager with the running of the branch
Assistant Branch Manager desired Skills and Experience:
" Previous knowledge of the property market and lettings experience is essential
" You must be flexible and possess exceptional customer service skills
" Strong IT, Negotiating and communications skills
" Full UK driving license
" Must be comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
" ARLA desirable
The Assistant Branch Manager position offers £22K basic plus inclusion into the branch commission scheme. Access to a pool car for work purposes and additional company benefits.
