Job Description
We are looking for candidates to join our client the Ministry of Justice in a Assistant Commercial Administrator Role
If you have commercial experience, or have experience in project, contract or procurement management then this may be the opportunity for you
Location: Working from Home - Ideally you will be local to Leeds for when hybrid Model is introduced as offices are based in Leeds city centre (ls2)
Contract length:6- 9 Months
Pay: £12.43 per hour
The role will involve:
- preparing commercial or project materials or managing their production by others;
- receiving and interpreting data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations
- resolving problems or responding to enquiries
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and building and maintaining relationships
- Supporting the wider team on contract governance
- maintaining systems and information
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
- System experience - excel and ideally some kind of procurement system - System you will be using is Jaegger esourcing.
- Looking through information and pull out relevant information.
- Good communication
- Excellent knowledge of MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams are essential - working knowledge of MSProject and Visio would also be useful.
