Assistant Estimator/Project Manager

Job Description

We are very proud to have partnered with a fantastic client who are a growing business in Bristol looking to bring on board an Assistant Estimator/Project Manager in what is a very exciting role with fantastic growth potential!
We are looking for someone ambitious who has a Degree level qualification or HNC/HND in Surveying or similar Construction course. Proficiency with AutoCAD would also be advantageous along with the ability to understand technical drawings.
Within the role your responsibilities will include:
" Liaising with contractors and suppliers
" Producing cost sheets for projects
" Liaising with building regulations and creating building regulation packages
" Writing up, and sending off, RAMS
" Obtaining prices for materials
" Sending out purchase orders, and following up on their delivery
" Ensuring projects are completed within the project budget
" Tracking changes to the project and adjusting the project costings accordingly
" Liaising with clients and other contacts such as site managers and engineers
" Producing basic CAD layouts
