A business with over 120 years trading experience in the Swansea area is looking to appoint their next Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification or qualified by experience with at least 5 years recent work history in a similar role. In addition, the successful candidate must have strong MS Excel & numeracy skills with proven experience of dealing with complex calculations.

It would be advantageous if you have worked across multiple currencies.

Duties include:

• Preparation of monthly accounts, across PL, Cash & Bank, AR, AP & taxation etc.
• Monthly internal reporting
• Budget across the group
• Ad-Hoc reporting as required
• Guide senior management and influence decisions
• Forecasting & financial future planning
