Job Description

We're one of the largest staffing firms across the globe and now we're looking to welcome an Assistant Management Accountant to to our Finance team within our Uxbridge office.

Duties of the role:

-Management reporting
- Cashflow forecasting
- Management of sales packs
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash and Credit Control
-Record financial transactions for project, department, or company
-Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
-Reconcile spending with budget as part of job costing
-Analyse financial performance and forecast longer term horizons
-Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost
-Maintain records and support auditing efforts
-Advise company and/or department management on financial decisions
-Make upper-level strategy recommendations based on financials

You will be reporting into the Financial Controller and working alongside one other Accountant within the Finance team. You'll be working in an open plan office along with other departments to ensure you have a good understanding and communication overall within the business.

We're looking for someone with;
-AAT qualification or part ACCA/CIMA qualified
-Three years minimum background as a Management Accountant.
-Ideally has worked within a professional service firm
-Has been heavily involved in PL & Payroll.

This is a full time role Monday - Friday 9-5:30
