An assistant store Manager required to assist the Manager in taking a customer focussed and commercial approach to the running of the store with the aim of maximising turnover and profitability.
My Client is a fast growing self-storage company that operates in London and the South East of England. You will be working weekends with 2 days off in the week.....
You would have ideally worked in a Retail role at an assistant manager Level and are experienced in upselling and are target driven & have strong customer service skills.
You will have experience of managing and developing staff, you will be providing feedback on performance and giving encouragement to your team. Strong people skills are imperative
You will have worked in a similar role and have management experience or be ready for the next step in your Career
Holiday pay, 25% bonus quarterly & pension included in the package
