Job Description

On behalf of a wonderful and established charity who specialises in residential, supported living, outreach and day care opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, I am seeking a qualified and experienced deputy manager to work across their Warwickshire services.

Working closely with an established service manager and deputising for them in their absence, you will oversee the day to day running of a range of services.

You will work a varied shift pattern including earlies, lates, sleep ins and weekends on a rota basis. Your duties will be varied and will include:
* Rota management
* Staff mentoring, training and supervisions
* The preparation of person centred care and support plans, as well as risk assessments
* Delivery of person centred care and support

I am looking for applications from candidates who are seeking their first managerial role. To be considered, you must demonstrate a proven background supporting people with a learning disability, hold the level 3 in health and social care and be committed to working a varied shift pattern, including unsociable hours.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
